SCHEDULE INSPECTION
Schedule your inspection by phone, text or email. Ensure that you coordinate scheduling with all other involved parties, for example the agent, seller, tenants, etc. Additional inspections are available upon request.

SIGN AGREEMENT
You will receive an email and text requesting to sign your digital inspection agreement. Payment options are automatically emailed as soon as agreement has been signed.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
You may also pay onsite during the inspection with Cash or Check. Please keep in mind reports will not open until signature and payment are submitted.

DIGITAL INSPECTION REPORT
Typically, inspection reports are completed within the hour from the inspection, same day the latest. You will receive a link by email and text.
