FREE Radon Protection Plan coverage

• This covers the cost of a Radon mitigation system.
• $250 deductible / $1,200 coverage. Coverage is 120 Days from the inspection or 22 Days after closing, whichever comes later.
• Can be extended to 12 months, if a test is done with active mitigation system that returns below 4.0 PCi/L. (See Policy for Terms)
